Well I have finally decided to make use of this domain (www.mikesimpkins.com). I’ve never really blogged before and I don’t know that I will start to hardcore now. However, I have decided to start this little project to really mess around with HTML/PHP. Which for those who do not know what that is, it is what makes a website work. More specifically PHP is what is used to run WordPress sites like this one but enough of this boring talk.
I think the main purpose of this site is to share things I know and possibly news about the world. Those who know me know that I am a nerd when it comes to technology. I love everything about technology and my favorite website on the web would beEngadget. I also really love movies and how special effects tie in with movies. So naturally one of my favorite programs is the Adobe Master Collection. The other item that I like to keep up on is politics. That’s why my one of my best friends, Andrew, and I started Truth About Bills. You will soon find out that I am a pretty hardcore Conservative. However, the great thing about America is that everyone has an opinion. So I am one of those people that loves to have a discussion about politics. I love to hear why someone believes in what they do and I think everyone should be able to explain why they believe something. If I ever post about news or bills in politics you will also find that on Truth About Bills.
Now I hope that you enjoy my new website and I encourage everyone to check back often. Now this site is still a work in progress and soon I will have a contact form to get a hold of me.
